Overview
In addition to the website we created for Syntactx, they also required a secure solution for updating and managing their web content, storing private files and research data for their clients and sharing that same information among internal and external team members as needed.
Genome implemented a branded version of an open source cloud file management solution. We created a HIPAA compliant client portal allowing Syntactx customers highly secure access to documents related to their work. Incorporated the ability for custom permissioned individuals and groups to allow for granular control over content. The system also established user roles and a permission structure to allow for sharing private files to individual clients.
