Tait Wardlaw has spent more than 25 years building brands, managing marketing departments, motivating audiences, and increasing profitability in the outdoor, hospitality and destination marketing industries.
Prior to joining Genome, Tait held numerous senior executive and band management roles including Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange, Nordica and Chugach Powder Guides.
Over that time, Tait helped launch or turnaround many of those businesses, establishing a track-record of growing brand engagement, increasing consumer demand and improving profitability.
At the Rossignol Group, Tait crafted a product-focused marketing strategy and participated in the execution of that strategy for six brands and divisions (Rossignol Alpine, Nordic, Snowboard, Dynastar, Lange, Look) that brought greater product demand and sales to each.
At Chugach Powder Guides, a destination heli-skiing operator in Girdwood, Alaska, Tait implemented brand and marketing strategies, generating significant increase in consumer awareness of this unique resort experience and increasing profitability at the same time.
In addition, Tait has held lead marketing roles in several other outdoor and hospitality business as well as three successful start-ups.
